Breathing therapy
Breathing is the universal link between body, mind and soul. Therefore, it is a central focus in maintaining health (salutogenesis).
The heart and lungs are two essential organs whose harmonious cooperation can be restored through targeted breathing techniques.
Tibetan bowl therapy
Tibetan bowl massage is based on the ancient knowledge about the effects of sounds, which were used over 5,000 years ago in Indian healing arts. The harmonious vibration of this inner sound brings relaxation, promotes creativity, and brings inner clarity and peace. Sound massage harmonises the body, mind and soul. The experience of sound massage opens a space similar to meditation. One or more Tibetan bowls are placed on the body and set into vibration by gentle tapping. These vibrations resonate through the body’s cells which aligns the cells and organs, stimulating the body’s self-healing forces. The entire body experiences a sense of peace and relaxation.
